Valerie is a qualified trainer with considerable expertise in designing and delivering high quality awareness sessions and training programmes.

Her wide sphere of knowledge and awareness of disability issues, has been gained through 28 years experience of working with and for disabled people and people with community care needs. She is licensed by The Disability Rights Commission to use their Best Practice Trainers Resource Pack materials when delivering Disability Discrimination Act workshops and seminars.

Valerie is an Associate Trainer with Age Concern Training, and also works with Giles Woolfson, a Solicitor with McGrade + Co. solicitors dealing only with employment law.
